Meet our Centre Manager

Sue Boardman

Centre Manager

Years in childcare: 43years

Qualifications: Diploma of children’s services

What makes you passionate about working in childcare? I am passionate about children’s learning and development. I enjoy meeting new children and helping them gain as much knowledge as they can, but also making their time at day care carefree, interesting, stimulating and exciting. Being apart of children’s lives and watching them develop their own skills and personalities is so rewarding.

What is the funniest or most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare? Being asked to come outside to look at something and being met by a wall of water from Kindy children having fun in the water on a hot summer day. SURPRISE.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare? The relationships we have with our parents and children ensures we have the tools to support the children to achieve their sense of belonging within the community.
